Happy 1 Month Birthday

WOW, I can not believe that you are 1 month old today! Everyday you are getting bigger and discovering your personality! You are a wonderful baby and everyone that meets you agrees! Everyday we are reminded how lucky we are to have you in our life! We love you SO much and love watching you grow everyday!

1 month Facts;

You have 1 cry and that is the "boobie" cry as Uncle Dono calls it. When you are hungry, man you are hungry! Other than that you are a pretty content little guy.

Your nickname has become "bubbie" (not sure why)

You are still wearing newborn diapers, but I think this will be your last pack!

You usually only get up one time in the middle of the night

You have started spitting up more, but you don't seem to mind

You have outgrown your newborn clothes and your outfits that have feet are quickly becoming too small due to your HUGE feet!

You have the cutest smile and "O" face

You now have some baby acne on your face, but it's still adorable

You have "craddle crap" as aunt PoPo calls it, but it is almost gone (thanks to head and shoulders (Baby 411 said it was ok) and lots of brushing!)

You love;

to hang out with anyone who will pay attention to you

car rides, you usually fall asleep

to be SWADDLED! you have outgrown your newborn Halo swaddle this past week and I tried to put you in a regular sleep sack, HA! You slept for your first 3 1/2 hour stretch then when I put you back to sleep you kept hitting yourself and waking up with this look like "hey stop hitting me" it was pretty funny. Needless to say mommy crammed you back in the Halo and you you went right to sleep, you didn't seem to mind that your feet touched the bottom!

To be talked to, you are starting to turn and look when we talk to you and sometimes you talk too!

to spit up, this is a new thing that is resulting in LOTS of laundry for mommy (you don't seem to mind though)

tummy time, you can turn your head from side to side and lift it up and look straight ahead for a few seconds, then you get sleepy and just lay your head down it is so sweet

read

play, you are starting to track objects when we move them in front of you and sometimes you bat at them

nurse, and you have gotten much better :) This is one of mommy's favorites!

to kick your socks off

You do NOT like;

having your diaper changed at night when you are hungry

to wait for food

when mommy puts your sunglasses on, you make some pretty funny faces:)

to keep your paci in your mouth, if you are upset you will take it but only for a few moments sometimes you spit it out and want it back (you have been know to search for it and stick it up your nose, he he he) other times you spit it out and could care less. Mommy and daddy are not too worried about this as we are hoping it is a bad habit we won't have to break (knock on wood!)
