Nick and Jennifer came into town this weekend so we could all go to the Texas State Fair. For those of you who are not familiar with the fair, the food is a big deal, and the main reason for us going! Some of our favorites were fried butter, fried snickers, fried Twinkies (do you see a pattern yet ;) fried cheesecake, Flethchers original corney dog and of course we had to get a funnel cake! Carson tried a few but was just as happy with his cheerios and pop cakes. We walked around the car show and then headed home to watch the Rangers in the World Series!
